Meet Brandon

Most real estate mistakes aren’t caused by lack of effort - they’re caused by poor judgment. In Austin - especially in West Austin - the wrong price, the wrong house, or the wrong strategy can quietly cost you hundreds of thousands of dollars. My job isn’t to sell you on a deal or tell you what you want to hear. It’s to challenge assumptions, expose blind spots, and help you make decisions that actually hold up over time. I work with a limited number of buyers and sellers by design, because real accountability requires focus - not volume.

I’m intentionally not the agent for everyone. If you want someone to validate every idea, delegate your listing to a team, or rush a decision to hit a number, we won’t be a fit. But if you want a hands-on, hyper-local Real Estate Agent who will tell you when something doesn’t make sense - even if it costs me a commission - you’ll feel at home here.
 

How I Work

I don’t believe in maximizing transactions. I believe in making the right ones. That means slowing things down when needed, asking uncomfortable questions, and saying no when something doesn’t add up. On the buy side, I pressure-test homes the same way I would if my own family were moving in - calling out risks, blind spots, and long-term tradeoffs most people miss early on. On the sell side, I’m selective about the listings I take, because pricing, positioning, and preparation matter more than exposure ever will.

If we work together, you should expect honest feedback - not agreement for the sake of momentum. I’ll tell you when a home is overpriced, when a strategy is likely to backfire, and when walking away is the smarter move. That approach doesn’t always lead to the fastest deal, but it consistently leads to better ones for buyers and sellers across Austin and West Austin.
 

Who I’m Not the Right Agent For

I’m not the right fit for everyone, and I’m upfront about that. If you’re looking for a yes-man, a delegated experience, or someone juggling dozens of deals at once, we won’t work well together. I don’t operate on scripts, pressure tactics, or volume-based incentives.

But if you value clear thinking, thoughtful strategy, and a Real Estate Agent who treats your home and your money with the same scrutiny he would his own, we’ll likely work very well together.
